Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic Rome
Hotel Monte Cenci is looking for a Front Office Agent (Receptionist) to join our front desk team.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality.
As a Front Office Agent, your main duties will include: Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F& B departments
Previous experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settings
Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus) Familiarity with Protel PMS Strong computer literacy (email, Office suite, internet tools)
Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays
Contract and salary based on experience and profile
Hotel Monte Cenci is a luxury 4-star boutique hotel located a short walk from Campo de' Fiori, Pantheon and Trastevere, in one of the most enchanting corners of Rome.
