ph3CRM Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 /h3pAbout Dynexa /ppDynexa Solutions is a Microsoft partner specialized in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. We support our customers in their digital transformation journey, delivering consulting, development and high-value integration projects. /ph3Role /h3pWe are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Consultant to join our consulting team. The resource will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, acting as the key liaison between the client and the technical team. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyze business processes and gather functional requirements. /liliDesign and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). /liliConfigure entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards and processes. /liliDefine and deliver solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). /liliPrepare functional documentation (requirements, specifications, test cases). /liliSupport users during UAT and deliver training sessions. /liliCoordinate with the technical team to ensure delivery of customizations and extensions. /li /ulh3Required skills /h3ulliProven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. /liliKnowledge of core functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). /liliSolid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). /liliAbility to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. /li /ulh3Preferred qualifications /h3ulliMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliWillingness to travel when required. /liliExperience working in Agile environments. /li /ulh3What
