Our work serves the goal of improving healthcare by ensuring that the necessary information is available anytime and anywhere.Fablab, part of Compugroup Medical, has a deep and long term experience in multichannel Marketing and Communication projects fully dedicated to Pharma and MedTech companies.As part of CGM we benefit from its unique assets (Software solutions for Healthcare Professionals) to provide our customers innovative and exclusive channels to support their promotional, educational and informational needs across all the relevant targets.We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager responsible to build and maintain relations to our customers and prospects, being the single point of contact for customers' needs.The aim of the position is to bring to the Healthcare market (Doctors and Pharmacies) our Digital and Multichannel Marketing solutions, tailoring projects through a deep knowledge of the market scenario and a clear understanding of HC companies' needs.Main Tasks Of The JobCreate new market opportunities on the allocated customer portfolioConstantly visit customers and prospects to present services and solutions (physical or remote interactions)Design projects, build pricing and conduct the negotiation in line with the internal sales strategy and policiesManage the full sales cycle, from the first contact to the final project reportingConstantly monitor the market to support innovation and product developmentContribute to enter new market nichesWork with different internal teams during different project phasesWhat We ExpectDegree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or ScienceInitial experience in sales positions and strong sales attitudePassionate in Digital and curious about Healthcare sectorAdvanced user of common SW solutions (MS Excel, MS Powepoint...) and CRMAt ease in hunting as well as in farmingProactivity and motivationHighly organized and autonomousProject-oriented and with analytical skillsJob-specific RequirementsOnce onboarded on HC market specificities and on the evolution of the role that Digital and Multichannel play into the marketing mix, the Jr Sales Account Manager will position the unique value of our solutions portfolio and tailor the best possible project for the specific customers' needs.
