SoftwareOne is creating a new Digital Sales Hub for EMEA in Barcelona. We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Account Manager – Digital Sales (Danish Speaker) to join our team. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong Danish and English communication, and a passion for technology. Role and Responsibilities Build and maintain trust‐based relationships with SME clients. Serve as the primary contact for digital service inquiries and coordinate with internal teams. Develop and execute renewal strategies and negotiate contract renewals. Address and resolve post‐sales issues collaboratively. Maintain comprehensive account coverage and identify growth opportunities. Leverage data insights to drive sales motions and target upsell opportunities. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management processes. Act as client advocate, championing success stories to drive referrals and testimonials. Requirements Degree in commerce or related field (preferred but not required). At least two years of sales experience, preferably B2B. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent Danish and English language proficiency. Interest in technology products and services. Growth mindset, team spirit, and innovative thinking.
