  • Chia Laguna Resort, Sardinia - with 425 rooms is a set of three hotels offering a variety of restaurants and bars, spas, extensive meeting facilities and boasts the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: the 5-star Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, a brand that includes independent hotels and resorts, selected on the basis of their distinctive character; the 5-star luxury Hotel Laguna, which will welcome its guests in 2022 under the sign of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand for the first time in Italy, which offers a collection of hotels for refined travellers; and finally, particularly suitable for families with children, the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village, an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by Mediterranean scrub gardens where children can run happily and carefree.
  • Grotta Giusti Thermal & Spa Resort, Tuscany - 68 rooms, the largest underground thermal cave in Europe and a spa that allowed it to win the fifth star and enter the Marriott portfolio with the Autograph Collection Hotels brand.
  • Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Spa Retreat, Tuscany - 78 rooms with a leading luxury spa, one of the most important destinations in Tuscany and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
  • Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal & Spa, Tuscany - 61 rooms, historic spa with natural warm waters and first-rate facilities; member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
  • Le Massif Hotel & Lodge, Valle D’Aosta - 80 rooms, ski resort with a distinct chalet atmosphere in its design, affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel features also La Lodge at the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar along with Kids Club.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Ø A minimum of 3 years ina revenue management and/or analytical role. o Experience in an international hotel chain or hotel group. o Experience in a luxury hotel. o Experience in a Resort environment. Ø Operation knowledge ofany of the following systems: o Synexis, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS,CRS/CRO Software. Ø Advanced Excel and strongnumeracy and analytical skills. Ø High-level presentationskills via PowerPoint or other tools. Ø Native or fluent inItalian and English (written and spoken) Ø Must be EU Citizen orin possession of Italian work visa. OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE The Cluster Revenue Manager will work with the Group Director ofRevenue Strategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenuestrategies. He/She works closely with the sales and marketing teams as well asthe operations teams in each hotel. Responsible for delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis,yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distributionand intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profitcontribution and market share, working closely with the on-propertyreservations and C&E team. He/She reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy &Distribution Ø Oversee revenue managementand distribution strategy of the hotel and coordinate day to day yieldoperations. Ø Ensure all relatedsystems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity Ø Daily pick-up analysis,strategy adjustments and reporting. Ø Experience leadingdaily and weekly commercial meetings on forward looking issues such as bookingpace, performance analysis and put in place action plans. Ø Perform competitivebenchmark studies and follow market trends. Ø Create and maintain 13months rolling demand calendar. Ø Create and developpricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel. Ø Provide weekly dynamicrolling forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. Ø Oversee strategy forall 3rd party distribution. Ø Responsible forassessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies. Ø Analyse overall monthlyhotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improvelong term strategies. Ø Ensure web site bookingprocess is maintained up-to-date and functional. Ø Ensure hotel personnelis fully competent in the use of all systems. Ø Regularly check theinput and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.). Ø Evaluate performance ofdistribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate,consortia, groups, etc). Ø Reduce the cost ofdistribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business Ø Prepare outline for andsupport the annual revenue budget process. Ø Any other reasonablerequests made by management. PERSONALITY & SKILLS Ø Resilient and motivated– Self organised, working well under time constraints while balancingconcurrent tasks and priorities. Ø Excellent analyticaland numeric skills for fast data crunching Ø Highly goal-oriented Ø Ability to work in ahigh-pressure environment. Ø Good listening skillsand the ability to anticipate business needs. Ø Able to developrelationships with 3rd parties and the hotel teams.
