you’ll be part of a diverse, global team that’s focused on delivering great customer experiences. To further strengthen our position in Italy, we are looking for a Territory Manager to cover our territory in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo) .
As Territory Manager you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets A trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology. You use our data on demand, pricing and various markets to have an edge in your sales process. You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert. On top of that you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.
Grow sales with new business
Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
Ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with “Win Team” to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.
Combined with your interpersonal skills and your ability to build professional relationships this will be a major asset when you join Ritchie Bros. Knowledge of or experience with various construction, transportation or industrial (related) equipment / vehicles
Extensive experience in outside sales
Professional level English and Italian
Advanced MS Office skills, (familiarity with CRM systems/ Salesforce, is preferred)
Proven consistent track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets
Sales commission plan (uncapped)
Permanent employment contract
Company car, laptop, mobile, expense account
You are able to travel 2-3 nights a week to cover the territory (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo)
