Company Description:
Part of the Eurofins group, Micro-B SRL provides analytical and consulting services in the fields of environmental, food, and industrial microbiology and chemistry through its laboratory, serving both private and public sectors. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
Position: Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and optimal management of company resources.
Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders.
Identify and manage risks and issues that may affect project advancement.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures at every stage of the project.
Oversee/manage the organization of flows and resources following any tenders.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial/Management.
Previous experience as a Project Manager.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of the English language.
