MiCRO-B SRL laboratory provides private and public sector microbiological analyses and consulting services in the environmental, agricultural, and industrial fields.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Managing Director in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Support project planning and coordination,** ensuring all activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- ** Assist in managing project budgets**and optimising resource allocation.
- ** Monitor and identify potential risks**or issues and contribute to effective risk management strategies.
- ** Work closely with internal teams and clients**to ensure smooth project execution and alignment on key deliverables.

**Qualifications** Education**:Recent graduate with an industrial engineering education.

**Languages**:Native or fluent Italian, oral and written, is required. In addition, English proficiency is required.

**Soft skills**:Ability to work within a team; Problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, curious, detail-oriented with an analytical mindset; Appetence for lean management practices and project management.

**Technical skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office; general affinity with IT. Skills in data manipulation.

**Starting date**: As soon as possible - flexible.

**Compensation package**:Subject to variability depending on your profile and experience.
