Per importante azienda del settore dell'automazione caratterizzata da una spiccata innovazione, solidità e precisione siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire all'interno del reparto IT nelle mansioni di ERP Specialist che avrà il compito di supportare l'IT Manager nell'implementazione, nella gestione e nell'ottimizzazione del sistema ERP aziendale per garantire che il sistema sia configurato correttamente, funzioni in modo efficiente e supporti al meglio le esigenze dell'azienda, per automatizzarne, integrarne e migliorarne la gestione dei processi. Ruolo e Responsabilità Supportare l'IT MANAGER per l'innovazione, l'efficientamento, l'automazione e l'integrazione dei processi gestionali dell'Azienda e delle società da essa controllate, modellandoli compatibilmente con l'ERP e dei relativi dipartimentali, valutando e proponendo le migliori soluzioni da implementare Impostare la generazione di KPI per la creazione e mantenimento di un sistema di misurazione organico delle performance, che potrà essere richiesto per specifiche funzioni o attività aziendali, nell'ambito delle funzionalità disponibili nell'ERP e dei relativi dipartimentali Implementare e manutenere workflows e processi approvativi Implementare e manutenere la gestione Documentale, per standardizzare le logiche di archiviazione, condivisione e ricerca dei documenti e dei files Implementare la raccolta, l'analisi dati e l'elaborazione di report, mediante strumenti di Business Intelligence e data analytics (e.Supportare l'IT Manager nel garantire la manutenzione del sistema gestionale e l'adattamento dello stesso all'evoluzione organizzativa ed allo sviluppo dell'Azienda e delle società da essa controllate Fornire assistenza agli operatori per l'utilizzo dell'ERP e dei relativi dipartimentali (help desk interno) Supportare l'IT Manager nel tenere le relazioni con la software house ed eventuali altri fornitori di software utilizzati dall'Azienda (help desk esterno) Requisiti Laurea in ingegneria informatica, gestionale o equivalente Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza di software ERP (ERP Enterprise, AS400, SAP, JGalileo) Buona conoscenza del linguaggio JAVA Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di 5-8 anni Per questa posizione non è previsto smart working J-18808-Ljbffr
