Assistant Manager (Airline Revenue Accounting) – Malta On‐Site Location: Mosta, Malta – On‐site Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Indefinite contract Language: English C2 or Native Job Overview We are hiring an Assistant Manager (Revenue Accounting) to lead airline revenue accounting operations in a structured aviation environment. The role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, client management, and process optimization within airline revenue accounting services. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop revenue accounting teams - Oversee airline revenue accounting operations and service delivery - Manage key client relationships and SLA performance - Drive process improvement, efficiency, and automation - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Support system implementations and operational transitions - Monitor quality, accuracy, and delivery of revenue outputs Mandatory Requirements Only candidates meeting ALL criteria will be considered: - Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in Revenue roles within Airline companies - Strong background in airline revenue accounting / revenue operations - Management experience is mandatory - Solid understanding of airline revenue processes (ticketing, refunds, ancillary revenue, interline billing)- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IATA frameworks)- Data‐driven mindset with strong analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent English (C2 or native level) Salary & Compensation - €30,000 – €35,000 gross annually - KPI‐based performance bonuses - Mobile allowance - Competitive local contractor package Benefits & Package - Indefinite contract - Work permit & visa sponsorship - Relocation allowance - Private hospital health insurance - Full entitlement to employee benefits scheme - Long‐term career growth opportunity - International aviation working environment Mobility & Legal Support - Full visa sponsorship - Work permit support - Relocation assistance provided Interested candidates are welcome to apply with their CVs in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
