The role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, client management, and process optimization within airline revenue accounting services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop revenue accounting teamsOversee airline revenue accounting operations and service deliveryManage key client relationships and SLA performanceDrive process improvement, efficiency, and automationEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsSupport system implementations and operational transitionsMonitor quality, accuracy, and delivery of revenue outputsMandatory RequirementsOnly candidates meeting ALL criteria will be considered:Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in Revenue roles within Airline companiesStrong background in airline revenue accounting / revenue operationsManagement experience is mandatorySolid understanding of airline revenue processes (ticketing, refunds, ancillary revenue, interline billing)Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IATA frameworks)Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (C2 or native level)Salary & Compensation€30,000 – €35,000 gross annuallyKPI‑based performance bonusesMobile allowanceCompetitive local contractor packageBenefits & PackageIndefinite contractWork permit & visa sponsorshipRelocation allowancePrivate hospital health insuranceFull entitlement to employee benefits schemeLong‑term career growth opportunityInternational aviation working environmentMobility & Legal SupportFull visa sponsorshipWork permit supportRelocation assistance providedInterested candidates are welcome to apply with their CVs in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
