Lo UX e lo UI Designer che cerchiamo sarà parte di un team le cui dimensioni cresceranno nel tempo. Come UX/UI Designer sarai costantemente supportato e incoraggiato a sviluppare le tue competenze e abilità, sia sugli aspetti operativi che su quelli strategici, interfacciandoti con tutte le risorse impegnate nello sviluppo del progetto UX/UI: i designer, il team marketing e il team UX/UI Research. Allo stesso tempo siamo interessati a sviluppare competenze specializzate che ci consentano di offrire un servizio di qualità ai nostri clienti.

La nostra mission è aiutare i nostri clienti nella progettazione, nello sviluppo e nell’ottimizzazione delle proprie piattaforme, analizzando e monitorando le performance del prodotto o del servizio. Nata nel 2016, nel corso degli anni Conflux si è affermata con importanti clienti nel campo dei servizi, fashion, automotive e finance. Per questo motivo il nostro team è in costante crescita: siamo alla ricerca, per le nostre sedi di Roma e di Milano, ma anche da remoto, di un User Experience o User Interface Designer di talento, sia Senior che Junior, che abbia maturato esperienza nella gestione di progetti relativi alla UX/UI e nel rapporto con i clienti, ma anche alla prima esperienza con un forte interesse nel conoscere il mondo della User Experience e User Interface.

UX e lo UI Designer: cosa fa?

  • Sarai impegnato su progetti che potranno variare nelle dimensioni (piccole o medie) e nella durata (settimane o mesi).
  • Condividerai metodi e strumenti di lavoro del team di lavoro.
  • Organizzerai in maniera efficiente e produttiva il tempo a disposizione grazie al nostro efficace modello di gestione dei progetti.
  • Lavorerai in un team multidisciplinare e dinamico in cui poter accrescere le proprie competenze nell’ambito della UX research, UX design e UI design.

UX/UI Designer ideale: chi è?

  • Collaborerà con il team tecnico per curare gli aspetti relativi alla progettazione e allo sviluppo di interfacce, architettura dell’informazione, modelli di interazione.
  • Ha interesse e preferibilmente familiarità con i principali concetti legati alla User Experience: Architettura dell’Informazione, Wireframe, Flussi di interazione, Prototipi Interattivi, Raccolta Requisiti, Benchmark.
  • Conosce almeno uno o dei seguenti tool per il design dell’interfaccia: Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Conosce perfettamente la lingua italiana (scritta e parlata).
  • Possiede buone doti comunicative.
  • È apprezzata la conoscenza dell’inglese.
  • Conosce uno o più dei seguenti tool per la prototipazione: Invision, Axure, Proto.io, Marvel, Principle, Figma.
  • Conosce o è determinato ad apprendere l’uso di Adobe Illustrator o Photoshop e in generale della Suite Adobe.
