CONTRACTS ANALYST
The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.
Contract duration : Pratica Di Mare - Pomezia (Roma)
managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting;
using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards;
monitoring accounts;
analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams;
participating in process improvement projects;
managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes;
collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.
Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required;
~2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program;
~ experience in salesforce preferred, but not required;
~ experience in excel;
~ ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities;
~ highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
