Junior Wolrd Class Manufacturing Engineer
Il Junior WCM Specialist affiancherà il team Continuous Improvement nell’implementazione dei principi del World Class Manufacturing all’interno dello stabilimento. Il ruolo prevede attività operative e analitiche volte a migliorare l’efficienza, la qualità e la sicurezza dei processi produttivi, con un focus particolare sulla gestione del cambiamento, soprattutto nell’ambito operativo, dimostrando capacità di affrontare e superare le resistenze interne.
Supportare l’implementazione dell’Operational Excellence
Proporre e coordinare progetti di miglioramento continuo e workshop Kaizen
Collaborare con i reparti Produzione, Manutenzione, Ingegneria e Qualità per raccogliere dati e proporre soluzioni di miglioramento
Monitorare, migliorare e analizzare KPI di stabilimento per supportare il team
Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Industriale o affini)
Neolaureato o circa 1 anno di esperienza in ambito lean manufacturing
Conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottima padronanza di Excel e preferibile conoscenza di Power BI e logiche di programmazione

Junior World Class Manufacturing Engineer
The Junior WCM Specialist will support the Continuous Improvement team in implementing World Class Manufacturing principles within the plant. The role involves operational and analytical activities aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and safety of production processes, with a particular focus on change management, especially in the operational area, demonstrating the ability to address and overcome internal resistance.
Propose and coordinate continuous improvement projects and Kaizen workshops
Collaborate with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality departments to collect data and propose improvement solutions
Monitor, improve, and analyze plant KPIs to support the team
Prepare reports and presentations for activity monitoring
Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
Just graduated or about 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering
Proficiency in English
Excellent command of Excel and knowledge of Power BI and programming logic is preferred
