La risorsa di occuperà della gestione di impianti di elaborazione con cui vengono effettuati trattamenti di dati personali. Eseguirà l’implementazione in field delle soluzioni tecnologiche, garantendone il supporto tecnico e l’aggiornamento per tutta la durata della fornitura.

Principali attività

  • Verificare la predisposizione dell'architettura Hardware dell'infrastruttura di rete necessaria alla corretta implementazione dei prodotti di competenza con particolare attenzione agli aspetti legati alla sicurezza e alla connettività remota.
  • Effettuare le installazioni delle componenti Hardware, Software e di rete necessarie presso Clienti.
  • Supportare i Sales Specialist per i prodotti di propria competenza nella fase di installazione.
  • Produrre e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione tecnica necessaria al supporto e al mantenimento del prodotto.
  • Identificare il personale tecnico di eventuali software house necessario alla gestione del processo di integrazioni dei prodotti.
  • Effettuare interventi di assistenza tecnica sui prodotti di propria competenza presso il Cliente.
  • Gestire le chiamate di assistenza tecnica inviate dall'Help Line.
  • Eseguire tutte le attività necessarie all'evoluzione e all'aggiornamento dei software presso il Cliente.
  • Individuare i referenti tecnici del Cliente per l'implementazione delle tecnologie di sicurezza e connettività remota.
  • Interfacciarsi con i referenti del CED, dell'ingegneria clinica e del laboratorio per implementare le componenti delle soluzioni tecnologiche.
  • Collaborare con il Project Manager Operation nella raccolta delle funzionalità per migliorare i prodotti o svilupparne di nuovi.
  • Quando previsto, affiancare i Sales Specialist per il training nella fase di start-up sui sistemi.

Livello minimo di esperienza e di conoscenze richieste per la posizione:

  • Titolo di studi: Laurea in ambito Scientifico / Informatico.
  • Esperienza: Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore della diagnostica in vitro e/o settore medicale.
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese - Livello B1/B2.
