Job Description
The Senior Regional Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing the region through goal-oriented and planned annual tasks, based on the regional sales and marketing plan. Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of end customers, including visits, needs analysis, and presentation of cooking shows;
  • Management of dealers, including partnership development, planning, and implementation of activities;
  • Cooperation with the Internal Sales team and management of planners in collaboration with external/internal consultants;
  • Good culinary knowledge or strong passion for food preparation, as well as good business acumen and analytical skills.


Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and respond to individual requirements. A native level of Italian language and good English knowledge are essential, as well as previous experience in sales and a deep understanding of business figures and ability to analyze them.
