We are in search of a Product Manager (Operational Tooling) to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar . We’re looking for someone to help develop projects focused on tooling for operational teams, both client and internal-facing. This role will work closely with other Product teams, and also with Operational Teams such as BizOps, Deployment & Maintenance, Support, Production, etc.

What will be your responsibilities
  • Understand, capture and translate business and operational requirements for new features and enhancements;
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand and align the requirements and expectations of the developed operational tools;
  • Be critical about existing operational tools and processes, and recommend improvements or new systems;
  • Build and maintain the team’s roadmap, coordinating with cross-functional agile teams to ensure seamless implementation of operational tooling projects;
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of operational tooling solutions and drive continuous improvement.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
  • Proven professional experience as a Product Manager, preferably in software, IoT-related solutions, embedded systems, edge devices or edge computing;
  • Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, helping to bridge the gap between technical talk and user-friendly explanations;
  • Good communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with hardware, communication protocols, and wireless communications (e.g., MQTT, 4G LTE, Nb-IoT);
  • Experience in development dedicated for Operational teams or projects, focusing on their improvement or empowerment;
  • Previous work experience in a startup or scale-up environment;
  • French, Italian, German or Czech language proficiency.
