Ricerchiamo un/a brillante Sales Engineer che affianchi i nostri venditori del settore medicale nella ricerca di soluzioni e proposte per le nuove apparecchiature dell'intero portafoglio aziendale, fungendo da collegamento tra l'area commerciale, l'ufficio tecnico e l'attività produttiva.

In particolare, la risorsa avrà in carico le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Gestire la fase di offerta, dall'analisi dei requisiti alla definizione delle soluzioni tecniche e allo sviluppo di proposte commerciali personalizzate.
  • Garantire lo studio della soluzione tecnica più idonea per il cliente di impianti complessi, fino alla realizzazione del preventivo e del costing di progetto.
  • Lavorare direttamente con i clienti per ottenere le informazioni necessarie sul progetto, assicurando che gli ordini siano tecnicamente accurati, prezzati in modo appropriato e adeguatamente documentati per soddisfare le aspettative del cliente e dell'azienda.
  • Preparare e consegnare la documentazione di supporto necessaria.
  • Monitorare l'andamento delle vendite nell'area di riferimento.
  • Mantenere aggiornato il CRM e le liste di previsione.
  • Elaborare la reportistica su attività, stato delle proposte e previsioni.
  • Partecipare alle fiere di settore.

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Industriale.
  • Esperienza minima di 4-6 anni in ruolo analogo presso aziende produttive complesse e modernamente organizzate, preferibilmente nell’automazione industriale.
  • Padronanza della piattaforma CRM e degli strumenti di calcolo dei costi e dei prezzi/applicativi.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta, letta e parlata).
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare episodiche trasferte worldwide.

La conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea e del gestionale SAP costituiranno un plus.

Completano il profilo apertura al cambiamento, spirito di squadra e determinazione.

Sede di lavoro: S. Maria di Sala (VE).
