Production Planner Apparel & Accessories – Internship

MainResponsibilities:

Within the Operations Dept., the ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Production & Demand
Planning Manager, will be in charge of managing the following activities:

  • Purchase Orders entry on SAP system and sending to suppliers
  • Management of necessary information for suppliers to execute the order (retrieval and sorting)
  • Progress (production capacity) and order management check on SAP system
  • Constant relation with suppliers, management and solution of problems relating to the order itself
  • Check and management of problems relating to production delays
  • Management of goods shipment from suppliers, dealing with the Logistics dept.
  • Problems management with Sourcing dept.
  • Management of issues relating to suppliers together with the Admin. Dept. (payments, deadlines, etc.).
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Analytical and problem solving approach
  • Knowledge of SAP is a MUST
  • Strong computing skills especially Word and Excel
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Positive, proactive and flexible attitude
  • Good relationship skills & team-working oriented
