In questo momento siamo alla ricerca di un* Strategy Director per la sede di Milano, che possa supportare il team su diversi progetti e attività quotidiane. Cerchiamo una persona con un mindset creativo e analitico, che riesca a progettare strategie di comunicazione efficaci e di successo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sarai il punto di riferimento per il team strategy e ti occuperai di supervisionare i task assegnati.
  • Coordinerai il lavoro delle risorse del teamin un'ottica di crescita professionale.
  • Svilupperai idee e concetti strategici per raggiungere gli obiettivi di comunicazione dei diversi progetti.
  • Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i Director dei vari team per l'organizzazione efficiente dei flussi di lavoro.
  • Lavorerai alle strategie dei clienti dell'agenzia e dei prospect in fase di gara
  • Ti occuperai della messa a terra delle strategie comunicative, in ottica diattivazioni multichannel, sia online che offline, a stretto contatto con al Direzione Creativa Esecutiva
  • Ti occuperai delle presentazioni per clienti e prospect

ABOUT YOU

  • Dai 3 ai 5 anni di esperienza in agenzia come ruoli similari
  • Hai una consolidata esperienza nella gestione di team di lavoro
  • Hai un'estrazione social (hai lavorato con il mondo social e ne conosci le dinamiche)
  • Hai una profonda conoscenza del mondo digital e una forte attenzione ai trend
  • Hai eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione di più progetti contemporaneamente
  • Hai idee fuori dagli schemi, ma anche la capacità di chiarire, semplificare e sintetizzare le sfide comunicative di business
  • Precisione, curiosità e proattività
  • Ottime capacità di espressione scritta e orale
  • Un ottimo approccio al lavoro in team
  • Capacità di gestire le priorità e rispettare le deadline

È richiesto un ottimo livello di inglese, sia scritto che parlato.

Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL compresa fra i 50K e i 60K (l'offerta economica sarà commisurata alla seniority e alle competenze del candidato).
