SPAL Automotive, a technology-centric company with mechatronic/plastic products, is a world leader in the design and production of high-quality custom electric fan assemblies. Founded in Correggio (Italy) in 1959, it initially specialized in the design and production of plastic molds. Over the past 40 years, it has focused on the design, production, and marketing of high-quality axial and centrifugal fan assemblies.
Ideal for cooling engines, oils, or batteries, SPAL products are used in the automotive industry, motorsport, buses, off-road construction machinery, industrial applications, agricultural machinery, and trucks. SPAL Automotive is at the forefront of brushless motor technology and has developed a series of high-capacity motor assemblies for reliable and long-lasting performance.
The high level of vertical integration allows SPAL Automotive to exercise and ensure quality control over every phase of the production process and to apply its certification, the SPAL Automotive Quality Standard.
SPAL Automotive’s mission is to create high-quality products for the market, which it achieves with a constant focus on research and development and oversight of all areas of the production process.
The resource inserted within the Product Engineering Department ensures the completion of assigned projects within the agreed timelines and costs, adhering to Automotive Customer Requirements. They will be responsible for managing all technical activities related to the development of new products and the improvement of existing products, interfacing with Process Engineering, the Sales Department, and the Quality Department to guarantee quality and compliance with the timelines agreed upon with the Customer.
The candidate, preferably holding a degree in Management Engineering, boasts significant experience gained in structured Automotive Companies focused on innovation, along with strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the English language and willingness to undertake potential international travel are required.
