SITE SUPERVISOR

La risorsa sarà responsabile di responsabile delle attività di Operazioni OS&M (Operazioni, Sostituzione e Manutenzione) sul sito (pianificazione ed esecuzione).
Si concentra sugli obiettivi, sulle tappe e sulle misurazioni per la messa in servizio, la manutenzione e il servizio di supporto, per raggiungere la soddisfazione del cliente.
Gestisce il team di manutenzione multidisciplinare per garantire il rispetto dei requisiti e delle politiche del cliente.
Supervisiona la documentazione di tutti gli eventi significativi per i clienti sotto manutenzione.
Garantisce l'analisi e la risoluzione dei problemi tecnici, gestendo e coordinando le risorse interne ed esterne dedicate alle attività.
Pianifica, dirige e controlla le strategie di messa in servizio e manutenzione e il relativo budget.
Gestisce l'area di manutenzione e il personale per garantire il raggiungimento dei risultati sul sito come previsto nel piano aziendale (comprende la pianificazione, l'assegnazione e la direzione del lavoro; affronta reclami e risolve problemi).
Gestisce gli aspetti quotidiani dei servizi di manutenzione in modo efficiente dal punto di vista dei costi.
Dirige il team di manutenzione locale e ne è co-responsabile delle performance.
Gestisce l'implementazione di modifiche/aggiornamenti sui veicoli che diventano necessari durante la messa in servizio e il periodo di garanzia.
Comunica tempestivamente informazioni rilevanti ai dipartimenti interni e partecipa al team di gestione delle operazioni, se necessario.
Collabora per stabilire la missione, la visione, la strategia operativa, le aspettative, le politiche e i principi guida del sito, coerenti con le direttive dell'azienda.
Elabora, comunica e applica standard operativi, procedure e strumenti per la manutenzione affidabile e le operazioni di supporto.
Identifica opportunità per ridurre le spese e intraprende azioni per implementare progetti e procedure di risparmio dei costi.
In grado di parlare efficacemente davanti a gruppi di clienti, dipendenti o appaltatori.
Collabora con i dipartimenti interni come la qualità, la gestione dei materiali e l'ingegneria dei campi.
Conduce e promuove il miglioramento dei processi di manutenzione.
Garantisce che le procedure di qualità dell'azienda siano incluse nelle soluzioni di manutenzione.
Prepara rapporti periodici interni sulle attività di messa in servizio e manutenzione.
Interfaccia con il team della fabbrica di produzione per monitorare le consegne, interfacciarsi con il magazzino e organizzare la sua gestione in collaborazione con il dipartimento di gestione dei materiali.
Garantisce la disponibilità necessaria di ricambi nei magazzini.
Assicura che tutte le attività sul sito siano conformi agli standard normativi e HSE aziendali.

Assunzione diretta con azienda cliente

3-5 o più anni di esperienza pertinente come responsabile della messa in servizio e/o responsabile della manutenzione.
Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella manutenzione.
Forte leadership, motivazione, flessibilità, buone capacità di comunicazione ed ascolto.
Approccio altamente orientato al cliente.
Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente sotto pressione.
Predisposizione a lavorare in un team motivato e in crescita.
Abilità nella preparazione di programmi di lavoro, rapporti e corrispondenza.
Forte conoscenza di Office Professional e Outlook.
Formazione/Qualifiche

Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettronica o Diploma di scuola tecnica superiore.
