You will be a key part of our Italian Client Management team focusing on Italian wholesale and institutional pooled fund clients. Along with other established members of this team, you will partner with the Sales team to ensure our clients enjoy an excellent ongoing relationship and experience with the firm.
Onboarding, implementation & change: manage client engagement throughout the event, negotiate contractual documentation, engage internal teams, ensure clear internal service intent, finalize mandate guidelines/restrictions and rebate terms, document proposition, set up required regulatory information, support client through AML/KYC and distributor documentation, maintain and update client databases, verify service setup matches expectations.
Ongoing client experience: support or own the ongoing relationship, alert Sales to cross‐sell/up‐sell/defence opportunities, be accountable for resolving investment‐ and service‐related issues, coordinate with internal teams, navigate firm for the client, monitor delivery vs service proposition, proactively identify impact of regulatory/industry changes, drive client‐specific and thematic improvements, conduct periodic service reviews.
Support the strategic goals of the Client Management function.
Drive process efficiencies, simplify/enhance controls and provide management information.
Fluent Italian and English (both spoken and written).
Structured individual with strong workflow and project‐management skills.
Good self‐organisational and time‐management skills; Drive and enthusiasm for a first‐class service management function.
Desirable: understanding of fund management, financial instruments, administration processes.
Desirable: corporate pooled client relationship management experience, including experience with Luxembourg‐based mutual fund ranges, management companies and transfer agencies.
