Your Opportunity La risorsa farà parte del team della funzione Risorse Umane presso la nostra sede di Padova ed avrà l'opportunità di contribuire a diversi processi e attività relative all'Amministrazione del Personale. How you will contribute Predisporre e gestire la contrattualistica relativa ai rapporti di lavoro, somministrazione e tirocini (es. contratti di lavoro, variazioni contrattuali individuali, gestione cambio orario e sede di lavoro, assegnazione bonus variabili, etc.). Assicurare la corretta gestione dei processi e degli obblighi normativi relativi all’attivazione, gestione e cessazione dei rapporti di lavoro, a supporto allo Shared Service Center di Gruppo e ai colleghi HR Business Partner responsabili della gestione del personale. Il tutto nel rispetto della normativa del CCNL Occhialeria e Dirigenti Industria. Gestire presenze e assenze con l’utilizzo del gestionale Zucchetti. Elaborare reporting, mensile e trimestrale, a supporto della gestione del personale e della compliance aziendale. Fornire continuo supporto nella comunicazione e gestione dei rapporti con il personale, con specifico focus sulle tematiche amministrative e contrattuali. Gestire le pratiche amministrative del personale (es. relative a congedi parentali, malattie, infortuni, etc.). Supportare la gestione della mobilità internazionale. Garantire il continuo aggiornamento su tematiche giuslavoristiche e amministrative a favore del resto della Funzione HR. Who you are Laurea in discipline Giuridiche o Economiche Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, maturata in contesto aziendale Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel Buona conoscenza del tool Zucchetti (gestione presenze) Conoscenza del Diritto del Lavoro Conoscenza della lingua Inglese Capacità analitiche e attitudine al problem solving Spiccata propensione a lavorare in team e a gestire le relazioni interpersonali in ottica di servizio e proattività.
