Your main tasks and responsibilities coordinate and manage all internal and external customer relations processes, including product shipments, complaints, and other related matters. prepare the necessary documents for customer shipments and for preparing the documentation required for participating in international tenders. Ensure compliance with customer service standards and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide technical and operational assistance for the complete shipment of goods to customers. Analyze customer feedback and provide feedback. Your expertise and ideal skill set 3+ years of related experience, including at least 3-7 years of work experience. Excellent knowledge of the latest Incoterms. Ability to manage multiple priorities across a broad spectrum of business activities. Excellent written and oral English. At least basic knowledge of French is required, and knowledge of another language is an advantage. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
