To join our Operations team in Italy, we are recruiting for Regional Manager position to be responsible for overseeing the performance, operation, and maintenance of multiple biogas plants, ensuring they function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Managing a team of Plant Managers, the role involves providing strategic direction, coordinating plant operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and support Plant Managers across the different biogas facilities. Coordinate schedules, performance evaluations, and training plans for the supervisory teams. Act as the escalation point for complex operational or maintenance issues. Ensure optimal performance of assets by monitoring KPIs, including gas yield, energy output, and operational efficiency. Make the coonection between the biomass and supply chain teams with the operation Ensure all plants adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage the operational budget for all plants, ensuring cost efficiency. Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field). 5–7 years of experience in biogas plant operations or similar industrial settings, including supervisory or managerial roles. Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing multiple facilities.
