Per vincere questa sfida, la persona che cerchiamo farà parte del team Data di capogruppo con un duplice focus: data governance per la realizzazione di un data framework con un approccio data driven comune a tutte le società del gruppo; data management per un utilizzo dei dati più innovativo ed efficace a supporto di processi interni alla capogruppo.
Responsabilità :
- Presidierai il Framework di Data Governance di Gruppo, contribuendo al suo miglioramento continuo anche tramite un impianto normativo adeguato e aggiornato rispetto alle best practice e agli standard di settore;
- Sensibilizzerai verso l'adozione di un approccio Data Driven nel Gruppo, ossia l'utilizzo sistematico del dato per guidare i processi decisionali verso il raggiungimento di specifici risultati di business;
- Promuoverai la creazione e la diffusione di una Data Culture di Gruppo contribuendo alla definizione di un programma di formazione sui dati.
- Supporterai il Business della tua società nel governo del patrimonio informativo e nell'identificazione di opportunità di miglioramento dei processi aziendali attraverso l'utilizzo innovativo dei dati;
- Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con team multidisciplinari (Business, IT, Compliance, Risk) per contribuire a soddisfare le esigenze della tua società tramite soluzioni data oriented.
- Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato e CCNL del Credito;
- Smart Working , coordinandoti con il tuo manager potrai usufruire fino a un massimo di 13 giorni medi mensili da calcolare su base annua;

- Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nella gestione di progettualità relative al governo/gestione/certificazione/qualità del dato maturata in data driven company;
- Laurea in Matematica, Ingegneria o Economia;
- Conoscenza di strumenti e tecnologie di gestione dei dati quali database relazionali, Data Warehouse (es. Synapse/Fabric, Oracle), Data Lakehouse (es. Synapse/Fabric), tool di Data Governance (es. Purview, Informatica), tool di Business Intelligence (es. PowerBI) ;
- Buone competenze di project management;
- Buone capacità relazionali che ti hanno consentito di interfacciarti efficacemente con interlocutori sia tecnici sia di business;
- Spiccate capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
