We are looking for a Field IT Technician with experience in IT desktop support and endusers support at large multinational companies, in order to support our customers on site in the area of Rome. identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc. provide general deskside support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptops coordinate with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same provide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc. provide smart hands and eyes support leaded by remote team for network devices and servers Location: Rome area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed) Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally within the field Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A. D & SCCM) Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs / Laptop Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products Good English and fluent Italian Availability to travel in the area of Rome Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
