EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE AFFAIRS
On behalf of a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company with HQs in Firenze , we are seeking an External Engagement Associate to join its Cardiometabolic Health Corporate Affairs Team . This international-facing role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives across multiple countries, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
Provide operational and technical support to the Corporate Affairs Team, including project management, budget coordination, and preparation of materials for high-level meetings (e.Support training and onboarding activities, documentation management, and internal processes related to evaluations, contracts, and payments
Draft meeting minutes, translate documents, and manage purchase orders and billing processes (local and global)
Bachelor Degree from accredited University, either in Economics , Business or related fields
~Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives
~ Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) and strong command of Microsoft Office tools
~ Initial contract through Agency of the duration of 12 months
Remote-based position with flexibility to attend office when required (in Sesto Fiorentino FI)
