Per conto di un nostro cliente, multinazionale specializzata nella produzione conto terzi di articoli tecnici termoplastici su commessa per diverse applicazioni industriali, ricerchiamo un / una : New Business Development Manager La figura, a riporto del Direttore Commerciale Divisionale, avrà l'obiettivo di sviluppare il business B2B e aprire nuovi mercati, in un contesto tecnologicamente avanzato e fortemente orientato all'innovazione. Principali Responsabilità Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali e consolidare i rapporti con i clienti esistenti; Condurre trattative commerciali in collaborazione con i reparti tecnici; Analizzare il mercato e individuare settori strategici di crescita; Promuovere il brand e le soluzioni tecniche dell'azienda presso potenziali clienti; Favorire attività di up-selling e cross-selling sul portafoglio attivo. Requisiti Esperienza nel settore dei componenti termoplastici tecnici, preferibilmente tramite stampaggio a iniezione (no prodotti in serie o compound); Capacità di dialogare con interlocutori tecnici e comprendere le loro esigenze; Spiccata propensione commerciale e orientamento allo sviluppo del new business; Ottime capacità relazionali e negoziali; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
