To support HR projects across the line of business working closely with the HR Business partners for delivery, adoption, alignment and improvement of employee lifecycle processes.
Support the team HR Business Partners with the delivery of employee life cycle processes
Support delivery of our Talent & Skills plan and associated interventions
Management and updates of HR reporting
Ad hoc HR projects
Fluent in English
Skills/ capabilities the Intern will develop as part of this rotation:
Data analysis skills
Exposure to employee life cycle processes and initiatives linked to talent and skills
6 months stage
