We're looking for motivated Field Service Engineers to join top international manufacturers in the Netherlands. You'll perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on advanced packaging and automation systems used worldwide in logistics, e-commerce, and food production industries.
???? Install, commission, and test automation and packaging machines at customer sites
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (on-site & remote)
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues
Train local operators and provide technical support
Handle service reports, documentation, and spare parts management
Travel internationally (up to 80% overnight travel)

???? Degree or diploma (EQF 4–8) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
Experience in industrial machinery, packaging, or automation
Understanding of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
Customer-focused, self-reliant, and adaptable to travel
Good communication in English (Dutch or German is a plus)
EU citizenship required for work & travel flexibility
