Our client is an industrial machinery manufacturer undergoing international expansion and currently opening a new office in the United States. To support this strategic phase of development, they have asked us to find a: Finance & Administration Manager – U.S. Headquarters (Detroit/Michigan area) Ref. 34/25 Role: Reporting directly to the General Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and managing the Finance & Administration function of the US subsidiary, ensuring control, compliance, and business support. Main responsibilities: coordinate administrative, accounting, and financial activities; manage treasury, payments, invoicing, and relations with tax advisors and local firms; supervising contracts, insurance, utilities, and regulatory compliance; ensuring compliance with U.S. tax and civil regulations; providing economic and financial analyses and periodic reports to the corporate headquarters; contributing to the definition of processes and procedures to support business growth. Requirements: Degree in Economics or related disciplines; proven experience in Finance, Administration & Control, preferably gained in multinational industrial/manufacturing contexts; fluent knowledge of English. Familiarity with US accounting and tax principles is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to work in dynamic and rapidly changing environments. We offer: a key role within a European industrial group undergoing rapid international expansion; extensive managerial autonomy and medium-term growth prospects; salary between $80,000 and $100,000. The search is open to both sexes (Law 903/77).
