Responsabilità principali :

  • Gestire e partecipare alle gare per l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti, assicurando proposte di alta qualità.
  • Coordinare un team di circa 50 professionisti in ambito media al fine di supportarli nella corretta implementazione di strategie pubblicitarie digitali innovative per i clienti dell'agenzia.
  • Supportare i Team Lead nella supervisione e nel coordinamento delle campagne pubblicitarie digitali per massimizzare l'efficacia e l'impatto.
  • Monitorare le performance e apportare miglioramenti continuativi per massimizzare i risultati.
  • Stabilire obiettivi chiari e misurabili per il team, monitorare costantemente le performance e apportare le correzioni necessarie per garantire il successo.
  • Dimostrare capacità manageriali nel gestire risorse, budget e progetti in modo efficiente ed efficace.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requisiti :

  • 7 + anni di esperienza comprovata nel ruolo di responsabilità in ambito Digital Advertising, preferibilmente proveniente da centri media o agenzie;
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di campagne pubblicitarie di successo.
  • Capacità dimostrate di guidare e motivare un team verso il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative e relazionali.
  • Orientamento ai risultati e alla crescita del business.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di budget significativi.
  • Inglese fluente.

Nice to have :

Esperienza nel mondo analytics e ad tech.
