Panoramica del Ruolo Il Finance & Operations Manager è una figura chiave che combina responsabilità amministrative, capacità di controllo di gestione e coordinamento operativo. Gestisce un team di 4 / 5 persone, supervisiona i processi amministrativi e controlla l'andamento economico-finanziario dell'azienda, fornendo supporto strategico alla Direzione. Responsabilità principali Gestione dei processi amministrativi e contabili end-to-end, garantendo conformità normativa. Coordinamento, formazione e guida di un team di 4 / 5 persone nell'area amministrativa. Sviluppo e monitoraggio delle attività di budgeting, forecasting e reporting mensile. Creazione di analisi finanziarie e dashboard KPI per la Direzione. Implementazione e ottimizzazione dei sistemi di controllo costi e monitoraggio cash flow. Supporto al management nella pianificazione strategica e analisi di scenario. Gestione dei rapporti con revisori, consulenti fiscali e stakeholder esterni. Contributo a processi di digitalizzazione e miglioramento dell'organizzazione interna. Requisiti Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini. Esperienza di almeno 5 / 10 anni in ambito amministrativo e controllo di gestione. Competenze nella gestione di team e nella pianificazione finanziaria. Conoscenza generale dei principali principi contabili e normativa fiscale. Ottima padronanza di ERP, gestionali e strumenti BI / Excel. Capacità di comunicazione in italiano e inglese. Competenze trasversali Leadership collaborativa e orientata ai risultati. Forte problem‐solving e capacità decisionale. Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai processi. Gestione efficace di priorità e scadenze. Riservatezza e integrità professionale.
