Product Portfolio Analyst - Premium Wafer Sector (w/m/d) Loacker Location: Bolzano Responsibilities Analyzes KPIs on product portfolio performance across categories and markets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Supports the development and execution of portfolio strategies for premium wafer products across global markets. Based on defined portfolio performance metrics, provides reports and recommendations to senior management for defining portfolio evolutions, including ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling. Facilitates alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions for all matters concerning product improvements and NPD. Maintains and updates projects "Product Improvement" and NPD master plan and schedule, managing governance meetings, agenda, minutes and follow‐up activities. Supports resource allocation and investment decisions by providing analytical evaluation of new product opportunities in collaboration with Controlling. Profile Proven experience as a Portfolio Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in FMCG (3‐5 years); Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research. Strong project management skills. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an asset. Availability to travel internationally as required.
