Product Portfolio Analyst - Premium Wafer Sector (w/m/d)LoackerLocation: BolzanoResponsibilitiesAnalyzes KPIs on product portfolio performance across categories and markets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.Supports the development and execution of portfolio strategies for premium wafer products across global markets.Based on defined portfolio performance metrics, provides reports and recommendations to senior management for defining portfolio evolutions, including ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling.Facilitates alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions for all matters concerning product improvements and NPD.Maintains up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure real-time visibility and informed decision‑making.Maintains and updates projects “Product Improvement” and NPD master plan and schedule, managing governance meetings, agenda, minutes and follow‑up activities.Supports resource allocation and investment decisions by providing analytical evaluation of new product opportunities in collaboration with Controlling.ProfileProven experience as a Portfolio Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in FMCG (3‑5 years); experience in the confectionery or sweet snacks industry strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in developing and managing global product portfolios.Prior experience in marketing highly desirable; ability to integrate marketing strategies with portfolio management.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market research.Strong project management skills.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an asset.University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.Availability to travel internationally as required.Our OfferThe opportunity to join a globally recognized brand.A collaborative, inclusive environment fostering creativity and excellence.Room for professional growth and international career development.An international company that cares about people and planet.Company canteen.Workplace: BolzanoContact Person:Stefanie PraderTalent AcquisitionTo us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.We foster a respectful, inclusive and empowering environment where discrimination has no place.Our decisions
