Deputy Head of Property / Head of Property Management Settore Immobiliare – Non Retail Jefferson Wells è alla ricerca, per conto di una primaria società di consulenza e gestione immobiliare, di una figura di Deputy Head of Property / Head of Property Management da inserire all’interno della struttura dedicata alla gestione di asset immobiliari non retail (uffici, direzionale, mixed-use, logistica, asset alternativi). La figura avrà un ruolo chiave nel coordinamento delle attività di property management e nel supporto strategico alla gestione del portafoglio immobiliare, interfacciandosi con clienti istituzionali e stakeholder interni. Responsabilità principali Gestione e supervisione operativa di portafogli immobiliari non retail Coordinamento dei property manager e dei fornitori esterni Supporto alla definizione delle strategie di valorizzazione degli asset Gestione dei rapporti con clienti, investitori e controparti Monitoraggio KPI economico-finanziari, budgeting e reporting Supporto alle attività di due diligence e onboarding nuovi asset Requisiti Esperienza consolidata nel property management immobiliare (non retail) Provenienza da società di gestione, consulenza immobiliare o contesti strutturati Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche tecnico-operative ed economiche degli asset Capacità di coordinamento, visione strategica e orientamento al risultato Ottime doti relazionali e di gestione del cliente Cosa offre l’azienda Inserimento in una realtà strutturata, dinamica e in forte crescita Ruolo di responsabilità con reale impatto strategico Contesto professionale altamente qualificato Inquadramento e pacchetto retributivo commisurati all’esperienza Sede di lavoro: Milano
