Adecco e' alla ricerca di un/una PROCESS QUALITY TECHNICIAN per multinazionale di Besana Brianza, settore metalmeccanico. Il ruolo del Process Quality Technician si colloca all'interno di un contesto produttivo in continua evoluzione, che offre un ambiente orientato all'eccellenza operativa e alla qualita. La figura riportera direttamente al responsabile Qualita & Ambiente, con l'obiettivo di assicurare che tutti gli standard qualitativi vengano rispettati e migliorati lungo l'intero ciclo produttivo. Principali responsabilita e attivita: - Definizione degli standard qualitativi di delibera. - Creazione e implementazione di processi di verifica per monitorare gli standard di qualita. - Gestione delle non conformita interne ed esterne. - Redazione di piani di controllo e di schede di controllo processo; - Revisione e implementazione dei processi produttivi per garantire che gli standard di qualita siano sempre rispettati. - Programmazione e gestione degli Audit di processo; - Individuazione e implementazione di azioni correttive e/o di miglioramento; - Partecipare alle attivita di benestare delle nuove forniture; - Elaborazione di dati di processo, analisi, report e statistiche; - Relazione con le diverse aree aziendali: Produzione, Tecnologie, Manutenzione, Supplier Quality, ecc... - Partecipare alle attivita di certificazione da parte di enti terzi. Competenze tecniche richieste: - Conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico - Conoscenza delle metodologie di lavorazione dei metalli - Conoscenza dei tool di Qualita (Kaizen, 8D, QA Matrix ecc...) - Conoscenza AX e Business Central e Cyber Plan - Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza delle tecniche di saldatura con relativo certificato (IWE, IWT, IWS o Ispettore di Saldatura). Competenze trasversali: - Capacita di analizzare situazioni complesse e proporre soluzioni innovative e sensibili - Attenzione scrupolosa nella gestione e nel monitoraggio dei processi produttivi - Eccellenti capacita di collaborazione e comunicazione con i team interni e con fornitori esterni - Capacita di gestione del tempo, rispettando le scadenze e garantendo elevati standard di qualita Luogo di lavoro: Besana Brianza Orario di lavoro: giornata (ingresso flessibile tra le 7.30 e le 9) Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda, RAL da concordare in Disponibilita oraria: Full Time CCNL: Metalmeccanici industria
