Principal Product Manager - Tech, Sponsored Products and Brands The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through advanced generative AI technologies - revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle – from ad creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights. We are a passionate group of innovators dedicated to developing responsible and intelligent AI technologies that balance the needs of advertisers, enhance the shopping experience, and strengthen the marketplace ecosystem. As a Principal Product Manager (Tech) for the team, you will define the product strategy for the business, drive appropriate technology choices, lead the way for continuous innovation, and shape the future of e-commerce. You will play a pivotal role in driving our team's engineering and operational choices and processes as well as driving alignment with partner business, engineering, and science teams across Amazon on high profile projects that create new experiences for shoppers and advertisers. You will be instrumental in initiating greenfield projects and driving their development through all stages from inception to deployment.
Bachelor's degree
~ Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
~ Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience with using Generative AI tools to develop product ideas, conduct product research and competitive analysis, and to author documents.
