An exciting opportunity has arisen for an M& A Manager to join a rapidly expanding renewable energy business with strong financial backing and a fast-growing presence across Europe. This organisation is scaling its operations in Italy and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping its investment strategy and acquisition pipeline.

As M& A Manager, you will be central to the company's growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations.
Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.
Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages
Build and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions
Support the assessment of greenfield project risks, feasibility and strategic options
Contribute to strategic analysis, portfolio studies and partnership evaluations
Collaborate with global teams to support business planning and investment approvals
4–5+ years' experience in M& A, corporate finance, investment analysis or valuation
Background in Big 4, investment banking or private equity is advantageous
Play a key strategic role in expanding the Italian market
Work across diverse and impactful renewable projects
