You will work side by side with the COO to eliminate inefficiencies and scale operations without linearly increasing headcount.
What You'll Do Process Engineering: Map the post-acquisition funnel (from booking to check-out) and identify where we lose time or margin.
Design and build an experience that is consistently 10x better than existing alternatives, setting a new benchmark for how property management should feel for both landlords and tenants
Coordinate with operations function managers using data-driven insights and optimized workflows.
Implement and optimize the tech stack (Ai and automations) to reduce manual tasks to ZERO. Enable a model where people focus on high-value, human interactions with customers, while the underlying operations run 100% automatically in the background.
Scalability Planning: If volumes double tomorrow, you already have a plan in place to ensure the organization can absorb the impact.
Background: 2–3 years in a consulting firm or in Biz Ops / Operations roles within a high-growth scale-up.
Excel is your native language, but you know how to turn numbers into concrete actions.
Location: Our office is located in the Duomo area, Milan.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian (to create local content) and English (for internal communication and strategy)
