Overview Finance Coordinator for Italy, Iberia and Benelux Nordics, based in Milan, on a temporary basis. Mattel seeks a candidate eager to learn and develop in a multinational environment. What Your Impact Will Be In this position you’ll be primarily involved in benefits deductions management, working closely with Sales, Collections, Customer Fulfillment & Accounting teams. Your Main Responsibilities Tracking and analysis of Benefit Deductions for the mentioned markets, including: Benefits Deductions management and clean-up efforts with Commercial Team and Collections. Follow up on Claims deductions and preparation of credit notes clearance documentation and invoice templates for booking in AP. Support information on Audit requests. What We’re Looking For 1-2 years of Finance experience in a multinational environment would be desirable. Fluent in English, Italian & Spanish is a must. Strong MS Office knowledge.
