La posizione di Sales & Business Development Manager EMEA per il nostro cliente, un produttore internazionale di valvole con applicazioni nei settori Oil&Gas, Power e Water, è focalizzata sull'espansione del mercato europeo per i prodotti destinati alle applicazioni idriche.

Il candidato selezionato sarà incaricato di guidare lo sviluppo e la vendita nella regione EMEA, con un'attenzione particolare ai paesi francofoni.

Il candidato, riportando al direttore generale, sarà responsabile delle attività di sviluppo e vendita nell’area EMEA, con particolare focus verso i paesi francofoni. Il ruolo prevede la gestione di una base clienti già esistente e lo sviluppo di nuovi contatti e prospect, dai primi incontri alla stesura delle offerte e negoziazione, fino alla chiusura dei contratti. Il ruolo prevede la collaborazione con un team di application e dialogo costante con R&D e Marketing.

Siamo interessati a entrare in contatto con professionisti delle vendite con esperienza nell’ambito dei componenti per il ciclo idrico integrato per acque potabili e acque reflue. La persona ha in essere relazioni ad alto livello con decisori nei settori target, tra cui imprese di costruzione, enti pubblici, compagnie di gestione delle risorse idriche, utilities, distributori.

Forte orientamento al risultato, spirito di collaborazione e adattabilità a matrici complesse sono requisiti che non possono mancare dalle caratteristiche della persona che ricoprirà il ruolo.

Completano il profilo la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e francese, oltre alla disponibilità a trasferte internazionali.
