Product Packaging Engineer

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Product & Packaging Engineer If you're passionate about product innovation, packaging development, and want to work on international projects in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.
Manage product development projects (new developments, modifications to existing products, reverse engineering) within the packaging industry, in coordination with internal teams and international clients.
Lead and support cross‑functional technical projects, acting as Project Leader or Project Member depending on the context.
Support clients in the design or optimization of new and existing plastic packaging products, conducting feasibility studies and proposing technical improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Knowledge of polymers and plastic molding technologies (injection and blow molding) is considered a plus.
Basic familiarity with measuring instruments and 3D CAD software.
Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Work alongside experts and gain hands‑on experience in complex projects.
