Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Product & Packaging Engineer Intern
If you're passionate about product innovation, packaging development, and want to work on international projects in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

  • Support product development projects (new developments, modifications to existing products, reverse engineering) within the packaging industry, in coordination with internal teams and international clients.

  • Support cross-functional technical projects, acting as Project Leader or Project Member depending on the context.

  • Request, organize, and participate in sampling activities, verifying the correct implementation of client specifications.

  • Collaborate with technical departments, internal labs, and suppliers to implement changes to molds, equipment, or processes and resolve technical issues.

  • Work closely with the Validation Lab to apply the correct testing methods, review lab results, and present findings internally and to clients.

  • Support clients in the design or optimization of new and existing plastic packaging products, conducting feasibility studies and proposing technical improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.

  • Knowledge of polymers and plastic molding technologies (injection and blow molding) is consider a plus.

  • Basic familiarity with measuring instruments and 3D CAD software.

  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Proactive mindset, accountability, problem-solving attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of teamwork.
