Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Validation & Product Quality Managerto join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international, innovative, and fast-paced environment where quality is at the core of everything we do.
What will you do?
- Responsable for ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements
- Provide advice on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
- Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities
- Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.
- Ensure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group's Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants
- Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan)
- Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspects
What are we looking for?
- Good knowledge of ISO standards
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)
- Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
- Good project management skills
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Good knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjects
