What will you do?
  • Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements
  • Provide advice and support on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
  • Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities and measurements
  • Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods
  • Provide training and support to plants on measurement processes and tools
  • Collaborate on the definition of development plans for laboratory activities
  • Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.
  • Ensure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group's Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants
  • Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan)
  • Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspects
What are we looking for?
  • Good knowledge of ISO standards
  • Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)
  • Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
  • Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
  • Good project management skills
  • Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjects
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational company
