Product Quality Engineer

What will you do?
- Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements
- Provide advice and support on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
- Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities and measurements
- Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods
- Provide training and support to plants on measurement processes and tools
- Collaborate on the definition of development plans for laboratory activities
- Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.
- Ensure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group's Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants
- Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan)
- Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspects
- Good knowledge of ISO standards
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)
- Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
- Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
- Good project management skills
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Good knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjects
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational company
