Settore Immobiliare – Non Retail
Per conto di un importante Gruppo operante nel settore immobiliare e della gestione di asset, Jefferson Wells seleziona un Building & Community Management Director da inserire all’interno di un Ente di Staff che riporta al Direttore Property , con l’obiettivo di garantire uniformità nei processi di building e community management e promuovere la collaborazione tra team e società del Gruppo.
Gestione e sviluppo del team della divisione, monitoraggio delle performance e promozione di percorsi di crescita professionale e politiche di premiazione.
Collaborazione con il Direttore Property per la creazione di team trasversali, l’adozione di processi lean e digitali e la diffusione delle best practice.
Supporto nell’ottimizzazione dei processi organizzativi, nella definizione del budget e nel controllo di gestione degli asset/building.
Supervisione della qualità dei servizi di building & community management, dei costi e delle operations, con monitoraggio dei KPI e attivazione di azioni correttive.
Partecipazione alle strategie di valorizzazione degli asset e alla definizione di iniziative innovative, data-driven e orientate al cliente.
Coordinamento di gare di servizi e manutenzioni, gestione dei fornitori e promozione di partnership strategiche.
Ruolo attivo in start-up di nuovi progetti, team multidisciplinari e metodologie agili di project management.
Esperienza consolidata in building e community management, preferibilmente in contesti multi-asset e strutture complesse.
Capacità di gestione team, sviluppo talenti e promozione di processi collaborativi.
Competenze nella definizione di budget, controllo di gestione, valorizzazione asset e gestione fornitori.
