Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively. Some work experience and a basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
